Justin has twenty (20) years of legal experience. He is licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Arkansas. He has handled hundreds of state and federal criminal cases.
Justin is a former president of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is currently a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association. As the president of AACDL, he routinely spoke out when he observed injustice.
He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. He was recently recognized as a 2025 Top Lawyer in Montgomery County for his work as a criminal defense lawyer.

Judge Eisele left an indelible mark on American jurisprudence as one of the first and most vocal critics of mandatory federal sentencing guidelines.
