Maryland courts take very serious the obligation of showing up to your hearing or trial. If you don’t, absent some unique situation, the court will issue a warrant for your arrest. Normal every day people get busy and sometimes can’t make it to court dates. One of the most common tasks we help clients with is recalling warrants. We help clients get their Maryland warrants recalled in both circuit court and district court.

As circuit court cases are generally more serious, it is even more difficult to get warrants recalled at that stage. However, with experienced counsel at your side it is possible to get your warrant recalled. When clients approach us with an active warrant we agree to represent them in their case and we also agree to file a Motion to Recall Warrant on their behalf. We charge a reasonable fee for this service considering its value. If you fail to take care of your warrant you could be brought to the jail and be forced to pay a money bail to a bail bondsman. This is a waste of your resources and could result in you losing your job, having your car impounded, etc.

If there is a warrant for your arrest in Maryland, give us a call for a free consultation. We can help you get your warrant recalled and, once that happens, we can help you resolve your case. We have offices in Prince George’s County and Washington, D.C.
