Pay Your Bill

Through our partner, LawPay, we can offer financing to clients who qualify. We know that financing a case can be expensive. We do not offer the financing ourselves, but if you qualify, you can have your retainer paid directly by the financing company. Easily reducing stress. Here is a short video about it.

When you click below to make payments for your retainer you can click the tab “Pay Later.”

You can easily pay your bill or retainer balance with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express using the buttons below. Please note that clicking either button will take you to a separate secure site to process the transaction. You will be able to specify the amount of your payment on that page.

This first link labeled “pay retainer” is for new clients who have yet to make their first payment. These monies will be placed in the firm trust account for future legal fees and legal costs.

The “Pay Lawyer” link is for fees and costs which have been billed and earned by Mirriam Z Seddiq LLC. These are typically clients who have been set up on a payment plan and are looking to make a payment toward their fees.

*A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with Mirriam Z Seddiq, LLC, signed by the attorney and potential client, and payment of agreed upon fees.
